My Expertise
I leverage my communication and adult learning expertise to create impactful development programs for employees at every stage of their careers, from entry-level positions to executive roles. Beginning my career as a college instructor and academic researcher, I smoothly transitioned into people development, allowing me to merge theoretical knowledge with practical insights.

With over 15 years of experience in instructing, training, and managing teams, I focus on enhancing professional capabilities of employees at all career levels. I hold a Ph.D. in Communication, with an emphasis on Transformational Change, from the University of Maryland, College Park, as well as a graduate certificate in Gender Studies. Additionally, I have a Master of Arts in Communication, focusing on Organizational Communication, from San Diego State University. I also hold several leadership and instructional design certifications.
I use my knowledge and experience to empower organizations to cultivate a culture of effective communication, champion transformational change, and elevate their team's performance to new heights. Together, we can create a dynamic environment where every team member thrives!
